How to report copyright infringement on NLS

Effective date: October 23, 2026

1. Content hosted on NLS

Next Layer Sports is operated by Next Layer AI LLC. NLS hosts limited user and Organization content such as public club logos, descriptions, optional profile images, and Team Chat messages. We respect copyright rights and expect users to do the same. The Platform maintains a policy to terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

2. Notifying us about claimed infringement

If you own copyright or are authorized to act for the owner and believe material on NLS infringes, send a written notice to our designated agent containing (a) a physical or electronic signature; (b) identification of the copyrighted work or a representative list of works; (c) identification and location of the allegedly infringing material sufficiently specific for us to find it; (d) your contact information, including address, phone, and email if available; (e) a statement of good-faith belief that the complained-of use is not authorized by the owner, agent, or law; and (f) a statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, you are authorized to act for the owner of the relevant right.

3. Designated agent

DMCA designated agent: Copyright Agent, Next Layer AI LLC. Service provider: Next Layer AI LLC, doing business as Next Layer Sports. Service provider street address: 56647 Via Toscana, Macomb, MI 48042. Agent mailing address: 56647 Via Toscana, Macomb, MI 48042. Agent telephone: +1 (947) 622-1768. Agent email: srdjan@nextlayerai.com.

4. Our response and notice to the user

After receiving a notice that substantially satisfies applicable law, we may expeditiously remove or disable access to the identified material and take steps to notify the person who provided it, subject to applicable law. We may seek missing information when a notice does not fully comply. Content removal can also result from violations of our other safety and acceptable-use rules.

5. Counter-notifications and restoration

If your material was removed because of a claimed copyright infringement and you believe the removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, submit a written counter-notification to our designated agent that includes your signature, identification and former location of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury of your good-faith belief in mistake or misidentification, and your name, address, telephone number, consent to the applicable federal district court's jurisdiction, and agreement to accept service of process from the original complainant or their agent.

When we receive a compliant counter-notification, we will provide it to the claimant and follow the applicable statutory procedure. In qualifying cases, material generally may be restored no earlier than 10 and no later than 14 business days after receipt of the counter-notice unless the complaining party notifies us that it has filed an action seeking a court order. Other lawful safety or Terms-based grounds for restricting the material may remain.

6. Repeat infringers and misrepresentations

We may suspend or terminate accounts of repeat infringers when appropriate and implement related technical policies where available. Two or more valid, uncontested copyright notices about the same person within 12 months lead to a review for termination; we may also act sooner, or on other evidence of repeated infringement. Knowingly material misrepresentations in notices or counter-notifications may result in liability under applicable law.

7. Questions

Copyright-specific submissions should be directed to the designated agent above. General support inquiries may be directed to hello@nextlayerai.com, but general support contact does not replace service on the designated agent.
